“From Konya to Europe and Back: Kurdish Identity, Migration, and Diaspora Politics in Central Anatolia”
This talk explores how migration from Konya’s Kurdish districts to Europe has reshaped Kurdish identity both in the diaspora and in the communities of origin, showing how transnational ties, political activism, and emotional belonging circulate across borders.
