The Department of Molecular Biosciences, The Wenner-Gren Institute (MBW) at Stockholm University invites applications for 20 postdoctoral associate positions. We are looking for outstanding young researchers fully committed to addressing fundamental questions in infection and immunobiology, integrative biology and molecular cell biology. The department carries out experimental research primarily investigating the function of genes and cells in tissues and organisms.

Applicants must have received a doctoral degree or equivalent qualifications from an accredited college/university. Experience beyond the doctoral degree is not required, however applicants must have a documented record of research productivity and demonstrated scientific proficiency at a high international level.

The positions offer 2 years of support with outstanding scientific resources in a stimulating environment. Information about research projects, contact information for the responsible principal investigator, and reference number of each position can be obtained by accessing the MBW webpage:

Applications should comprise a Cover Letter, CV including the name and contact information of three references, a short personal statement describing research interests (1-2 paragraphs), research experience (1–2 paragraphs) and career goals (1-2 paragraphs).
