University courses
- Apply to organize a course before January 31. This applies for both spring and fall courses.
- If the course has been held a certain week previous years, it will be given priority that same week the current year. No other time wise priorities will be made.
- Course bookings can only be made for one year at a time.
- Applications submitted after January 31 can only be accepted according to availability.

Other courses
Courses outside the universities, such as high school courses, might be able to visit Askö Laboratory between January 1 and April 1. Contact the staff for more information.
