Joint Helcom reports

These reports were written to support the update of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan (BSAP). The BSAP is a programme to restore good ecological status of the Baltic marine environment by 2021 and was adopted in 2007 by all the HELCOM Contracting Parties. The studies address the thematic area “Hazardous substances”. They provides background information that is relevant in the process of evaluating the efficiency of currently implemented measures, and for suggesting additional measures, needed to achieve good environmental status in the Baltic Sea.
