Om mig

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Philosophy at Stockholm University. My research interests are in political philosophy, applied and normative ethics. In particular, I work on themes from the ethics of war, such as compensation and the morality of risk.

In January 2020, I began working on a three-year research project (“Towards a Risk-Sensitive Account of Moral Rights”) funded by the Swedish Research Council. The aim of this research project is to develop a risk-sensitive account of moral rights that explains whether, how and why the strength of rights is sensitive to risks of harm. As part of the project, I will spend two years as a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Riskkänsliga rättigheter

Forskare inom rättighetsteori är överens om att det finns rätt till skydd mot skada, men är oenig om det finns en rätt till skydd mot risk för skada och hur man bedömer styrkan av sådana rättigheter. Projektet avser att utforska och systematisera moralisk rätt i förhållande till risk.
