Orientation Day - Welcome activities

  • Arrival Service
    The Arrival Service for international students consists of four events: the Welcome teams at Arlanda airport, the Arrival Shuttle Bus Service from the airport to the main campus, the Arrival Service at Studenthuset and the Shuttle Bus to the accomodations.
  • IKEA Tour
    The Stockholm University Student Union (SUS) invites all newly arrived students to join a free bus trip to IKEA.
  • Amazing Race
    Join the Stockholm University Student Union (SUS) in cooperation with TBA for a Campus Amazing Race.
  • Orientation Day
    The Orientation Day for international students is designed to provide you with practical advice on a wide range of subjects, such as student e-mail account, opening a bank account, student health care, sport life at campus, Swedish language courses, student union activities and preparing for study.
  • Guided Bus Tour
    Join us on a free guided bus tour through Stockholm. There will be a professional English-speaking guide in each bus (totally 500 spots).
  • Open Fair and social activities
    As a part of your Orientation we arrange an Open Fair and social activities for international and swedish students at Aula Magna. Student associations and the university´s organisations explain the services they provide for students. A speed-friending and Guided Tours in the campus will be held in the same location for all new Swedish and international students to get to know each other!
