In connection to this, the scientific committee will also be part of the preliminary activity of the CEISAL's Helsinki conference (13-15 June 2022), the symposium: ¿Democracia o dictadura – hacia dónde va Nicaragua?/Nicaragua – Democracy or Dictatorship. The symposium have the participation of President Tarja Halonen.
