This week we are presenting two podcasts: an interview with Carolyn Hamilton from the University of Cape Town in South Africa and an interview with Michael Barrett, curator for Africa at the Museum of Ethnography/Etnografiska Museet in Stockholm. Michael invited Carolyn to Stockholm to take part in a series of lectures that the museum is organising on South Africa and she presented her current research at one of the Department of Social Anthropology’s research seminars.
There is one more lecture in the Museum of Ethnography’s series on South Africa on 15th April 2015. More information about the event can be found here (in Swedish).
