Don Kulick, internationally recognised anthropologist, is currently professor at the University of Chicago in the US. He is being recruited by Uppsala University to run a broad, multidisciplinary research programme which will allow us to better understand vulnerability in people, animals and the environment.
The grants for international recruitment of leading researchers makes it possible for Swedish higher education institutions to offer sufficient and long-term funding to recruit leading researchers to a greater extent than before.
