History Respawned is a show where researchers consider historical video games. In This War of Mine, which is inspired by the history of the siege of Sarajevo, the player is controlling a group of civilians struggling to survive a military siege.
In the interview, Ivana Maček puts the conflict in context and provides the background to the siege as well as comments on how well the game depicts life during a siege.
