Inclusive digitalisation that benefits all

Welcome to SPIDER

We work for an inclusive digitialisation that benefits all.

SPIDER contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by ensuring equitable access to technology and empowering communities to harness digital opportunities. We have combined research and practice for a better understanding of the role of digital technologies in global development for more than two decades.

SPIDER’s research creates a knowledge base for an equitable and effective digital transformation with tried methods and data driven insights. We collaborate with researchers and research institutions located near the place of implementation. This gives us unique contextual insight and strengthens local research capacity.
