The Printomat printing service has been affected by recurring disruptions for some time. During the disruptions it’s not possible to print at all. 

IT Services is aware of the problem and a solution to fix it is being developed as we speak. Hopefully the solution will be in place some time during December, but in the meantime the system will go down from time to time and the print servers will be restarted and then the  service will be up and running again. Sometimes the printer itself may also need to be restarted, so if you’re having problems printing, try switching the printer off and back on again. If that doesn't work – please report the problem to Helpdesk. Don't forget to enclose the number of the printer when you report the problem (you can find the number on the printer).

IT Services apologises for the inconvenience caused by these problems and is making every effort to speed up the implementation of the new solution.
