The purpose of IVS is to bring together information from different source systems into a common database to which is connected a Business Intelligence tool (IVS), where information from all source systems can be compiled and processed in various types of reports and analytical support.

Adobe Connect is a service for online meetings that can be used both for lectures with larger audiences as well as for tutorials, workshops and meetings.

Survey&Report is a web based survey tool that can be used by all staff and students at the University. Anyone who has a university account can log into the tool and create surveys. The tool is primarily intended for course evaluations, but all types of surveys and studies can be created with the tool.

Mondo is a web based learning and collaboration platform for teaching and collaboration at Stockholm University. Anyone who has a university account (teachers, researchers, administrators and students) can log in to Mondo and create sites. Teachers can use Mondo for both campus based courses and distance learning courses. Other applications include support for collaboration between researchers and students peer work.

Prisma application portal

Prisma is the new application and case management system of Forte, Formas and the Swedish Research Council. As researchers you apply here for grants and manage your granted funds. If you participate in the review process, you will find all information about your review panel here. As applicants and reviewers, you create a personal account in which your information is stored. The goal of Prisma is to simplify for applicants, reviewers and administrating organisations (the organisation that manages the granted funds for a project) to perform the tasks related to applications to the three research councils.

Publications from Stockholm University

DiVA at Stockholm University  contains publications produced by the university´s researchers and students. Since 2007 DiVA contains bibliographic information on all publications from Stockholm University researchers and teachers. The University Library is responsible for the quality of the records in DiVA and imports records from Web of Science on a regular basis.

SwePub is a national database of research publications from swedish universities. Publications from Stockholm University is importet to SwePub form DiVA. SwePub is  SwePub är en nationell databas över forskningspublikationer vid svenska lärosäten. Publikationer från Stockholms universitet importeras till SwePub från DiVA. SwePub is managed by the National Library of Sweden, and is used by the Swedish Research Council SwePub förvaltas och vidareutvecklas av Kungliga biblioteket, och används av Vetenskapsrådet as a basis for national overview and source of imports to Prisma.


Register publication

As a researcher, you may enter bibliographic information into DiVA and upload the electronic version of your work using a web form. Use your University account to login. Students who wish to publish their papers in full text or who have questions about registration/publishing in DiVA must contact their department.

Polopoly is the University’s publishing system, which allows departments and administrative offices to publish information on the internet. The web publishing system allows the creation, structuring and distribution of information. Use of the system ensures that the University’s graphical and structural guidelines for websites are followed.

Visual identity tools: production toolkit and media bank

The media bank contains images, templates, material for presentations, logotypes, and other material for download. All material is gathered in a folder structure, searchable and downloadable. The production toolkit is intended for employees wishing to produce basic graphic materials. The toolkit is web-based, which makes it quick and easy to produce material that conforms with the University’s visual identity. Logotypes, colours, graphic elements, and fonts are also available in pre-designed templates. The only prerequisite is a computer and an internet connection.

Manual for visual identity: guidelines, examples and support for use of visual identity

The manual contains guidelines, examples and support for the use of the University’s visual identity (also known as a graphic profile), including the use of the logo and its different components, fonts, colour palette, graphic elements and images. Information regarding support, and how to find it can also be found here. All employees at Stockholm University should follow the University’s guidelines for visual identity.
