Contact person for the Wallenberg Foundations and AXA Research. Works with internal processes for KAW applications incl. Wallenberg Academy Fellows.

Collaboration communicator with focus on science.

MARTIN ARVIDSSON, research officer, project coordinator.

Project coordinator for Stockholm Material Hub. Provides support for grant applications and project coordination.

Close contact with departments within the Section for Earth and Environmental Sciences, Stockholm Resilience Center and the Baltic Sea Center. Horizon Europe (Cluster 5-6, missions except cancer). Works with EU funding post-award (H2020, Horizon Europe). Contact person for faculty of Social Sciencies and Mathematics-Physics Section. Provides support to researchers regarding agreements and contracts.

DANIEL BERGVALL, financial officer.

Contact person: Horizon 2020 and the rest of the EU: Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Law, the chemical section, the biological section, NORDITA, Stockholm Resilience Center and the Baltic Sea Center. Contact person for US financiers: All institutions and centers.

Stina Branting

STINA BRANTING, foundation officer.

I am responsible for the large foundations and also give support to them in the donations process. I work with targeted seminars, coordinate meetings with donators, researchers and foundations to disseminate research results.

Management and coordination of Horizon 2020 or other major externally funded projects (pre- and post-award).

IULIANA DOMINA, research officer.

Responsible for Prisma, Je-S and Research Professional. Compiles research funding opportunities. Web editor for the Office.

MONICA EKBERG, innovation officer.

Support and consulting to researchers on industrial and business issues with a special focus on financing.

LARS EMRÉN, research officer.

Close contact with departements within the biological section. Horizon 2020: FET; nano and biotechnology; social challenges regarding health. Overall responsibility for ERC Advanced Grants, ERC Consolidator.

MADELEINE BÄCKMAN, communication Officer.

Responsible for communication related to the departments' mission; oversees the website and newsletters for Research and Engangement, as well as storytelling and communication related to collaboration, innovation, research support, and funding.

Sara Gershagen

SARA GERSHAGEN, research administrator.

Assists with administrative support for researchers and institutions, mainly for granted ERC projects. Also supports the Bolin Center for Climate Research with coordination and administrative tasks.

KARIN GRELZ, Engagement and Collaboration Officer.

Responsibility for the agreements between SU ​​and RISE, IBM, Dramaten and Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. Also works with SU's Sustainability Forum and within the CIVIS collaboration.

Working with support to researchers regarding contract and agreements together with a role as project coordinator in support to research projects.

Supports researchers and departments with agreements and contracts.

DANIJELA KRAJISNIK, project coordinator.

Reviewing and drafting of research agreements and contracts, coordinating the REIS contracts team, providing assistance in the coordination of Horizon Europe and other projects, internationally commissioned research (a.k.a. contract research), REIS governing documents concerning external research funding.

Works mainly with EU funding and is the contact person for DSV, ACES, IGV and Naturgeografi. Acting head of unit for contract and project management (Post-award).

Support for researchers in innovation issues, impact in applications and IP.

MIKKO ROOS, research officer.

Works with Swedish research funders (VR, RJ, Forte) and is the office contact person for Open Science. Close contact with Humfak and Jurfak.
