General fire safety training

Course content:

  • Common fire hazards and how they can be prevented, managed and eliminated
  • Lessons learned from previous fires
  • Structural fire protection
  • Task of the fire safety organisation
  • Description of firefighting equipment

The course ends with a practical extinguishing exercise outdoors where you get to try the use of fire extinguishers and fire blankets. 

Evacuation leader

Course content:

  • Organisation and its functions
  • The company's responsibilities according to legal requirements
  • The role of the evacuation leader
  • Evacuation problems and risks
  • Human behavior in danger
  • Fire and evacuation alarms
  • Evacuation plan and evacuation signs
  • Fire progression and time factor
  • Evacuation routines/evacuation station
  • Structural fire protection – guided tour

The course ends with a practical extinguishing exercise outdoors where you get to try the use of fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
