There will be no fixed opening hours in the gas centre. To order or replace an empty gas bottle, you simply create a case in the Serviceportal, below the category: Order.

Unless stated otherwise in your case confirmation from the Serviceportal, your bottle will be found outside the gas centre (M214) the day after your order.

For non-stocked gases, the delivery time is stated in your case confirmation from the Serviceportal. You will always receive a message when your bottle is available for pick-up. If you have an empty gas bottle, you can bring/leave it at the same place as you pick-up your new bottle.
