Opening hours

The SU-butiken has updated its staffing hours

  • The store, rooms for solvents and chemicals are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
  • We have staff available in the store to assist you from 09:00 to 12:00.
  • Outside of these hours, the store has no stuff available. 

We will review and invoice your order after check with our inventory.
If you have any questions or need to collect ethanol, you are welcome to visit us during the hours when staff is available to assist you.

Following products (earlier offered via the SU-butikens webshop) are handled as described below:

Card holder and padlock

Available for purchase at Service Center Södra (Frescati Södra, House D, floor 4, next to the university library).

Copy paper

Paper to Printomat (printers) is ordered via the Service Portal by authorized SU staff. 
Additional copy paper (not for Printomat) is ordered via gods@su.se. For orders of additional paper pleases provide following information:

  • Where the order is to be delivered (institution, room number or other description) 
  • What kind of paper – format/size (A3/A4), punched, plain/quick pack?
  • How many packages

Chemicals and solvents

Available for purchase in the store. Ethanol is available for those who have a license.

Container/packaging for hazardous waste

Available for purchase in the store.

Envelope with SU-logo

In the web-based tool Production tool (available at the SU staff webbsite) you can easily and quickly produce simpler graphic material according to Stockholm Univeristy's (SU) graphic profile. For example: envelope with logo. No previous knowledge is required – only a computer and internet connection. All employees/staff att SU  have access to the tools for visual identity. Log in with your university account at: su.se/toolsforvisualidentity.

Food (coffee, tea, cookies, etc.)

Stockholm University have a signed agreement with the supplier MatHem. Mathem provides an online web-store for food orders. More information about registration and purchasing is found in the SU- agreement catalog (avtalskatalogen).

Hygiene and healthcare

A limited assortment (band-Aid, etc.) is available in the SU store. Additional products is ordered via the Raindance e-commerce portal: e-handelsportalen (link to support system/stödsystem).

Kitchenette

Items/products are ordered via the e-commerce portal: e-handelsportalen (link to support system/stödsystem)

Laboratory

Consumer goods for laboratory premises are available for purchase in the store (SU-butiken). Ordering of chemicals and utensils (purchasing support) via the Service Portal: Serviceportalen and administered by SU-butiken.

Office chairs

There is a selected range of office chairs available for trial and order through the SU-Butiken. The showroom for office chairs is located at SU-Butiken premises, Arrhenius Lab, Svante Arrhenius väg 16 C. Remember to bring your ID and your customer number at SU-Butiken. Welcome!

Office supplies

Office supplies is ordered via the e-commerce portal: e-handelsportalen (link to support system/stödsystem) 

Lyreco (supplier) assortment of office supplies is found by choosing: Inköp (purchase) – Beställ (order) – Varukorg (shopping cart). Choose: Kontor och Lokaler – Kontorsvaror (office supplies). A limited assortment of office supplies is still available in the store (SU-butiken).

Office supplies – Cabinet service (Skåpservice)

To ensure that office material/supplies, needed at each department, always are in place. Lyreco (supplier) provide/deliver the cabinet service (Skåpservice).
