From 1 February 2023, a remote connection (VPN) will be required to log in to the University's web publishing tool Polopoly when not on site within the University’s network. This means that if you use your work computer when you e.g. work from home, you will need to log in to one of the VPN clients, FortiClient or WireGuard.
In addition to web editors, this change also affects users wishing to update profile pages.
VPN is used for employees to access the University's network in a secure way when working in another location.
