Workshop: Online discussion and argumentation in teaching
In this workshop we will explore how to use asynchronous online discussion and argumentation in teaching. Taking a highly hands-on approach, the workshop will arm participants with different teaching activities and teaching resources that they can make use of for their own lessons, in Athena and other systems. The workshop is a collaboration between Stockholm University and the Singapore University of Social Sciences, co-taught by lecturers from the two Universities.

Workshop: Source criticism or plagiarism in higher education?
Source criticism is a challenge in higher education as many students do not pay sufficient attention to the diversity of sources, they want a quick access to facts that they can reuse. This workshop on the topic of plagiarism gives you the opportunity to work on real case studies to see how to detect plagiarism attitudes at an early stage and how to prevent most of these cases from happening in the future.
