A gradual return to campus teaching will mean increased physical presence for more employees. Each manager is responsible for creating the conditions for physical distancing and for avoiding congestion. Planning may require prioritization of which employees should be on site. Scheduling of employees’ attendance may also be relevant, for example with regard to travel to and from the workplace.
For all managers, it is also important to keep in mind that remote working over a long period of time affects the general working environment. Therefore, it is important to update the risk assessments made in the departmental boards this spring. If you have any questions, please contact your advisor at the Human Resources Office. More information for you as a manager can be found in the "HR-guiden". (in Swedish)
