The inventory includes projects and collaborations that are either planned or ongoing and include organizations, including authorities or universities, in Russia. Any cooperation with Belarus is also of interest.

Information that is requested is promptly submitted to the university’s export control officer Lars Resman (lars.resman@su.se) and must contain information about:

• The nature and scope of the project or collaboration, briefly describe what the project/collaboration is about and what forms the project/collaboration has.
• Project manager at Stockholm University for the research project.
• Which organization the partner is and whether it is a private, public or a state organization.
• If exchange takes place of information or physical objects (including samples of different types), describe what kind of exchange, to what extent and whether the exchange is to or from Stockholm University. Describe also expected/planned exchanges in the same way.
• Trips/expeditions that are planned, describe when and where the trip is to be made and the purpose of the trip/expedition.

If several projects/collaborations/ trips/expeditions take place, then provide the information in separate documents.
