We pride ourselves on challenging our participants with the latest, evidence-based, thinking and on providing an environment that encourages personal reflection and critical creativity. We’re not in the business of selling “10 Steps to Business Greatness” because there are rarely such simple solutions to the challenges presented by contemporary business markets.

Instead, our approach tackles the complexity and ambiguity of modern management practice. At SBS, we won’t patronise you with off-the-shelf management guides or standard leadership training – instead, we’ll ask you to reflect on the value of these approaches and, importantly, to consider whether there are more valuable alternatives.
