The project is pursed by Sara Jonsson and Lu Liu, faculty members at SBS Finance. The real estate and building sector has one of the highest carbon footprints. For this reason, EU has identified the sector as a key area for achieving its objectives for greenhouse gas emission reductions. This project will investigate drivers of climate investments within this sector.
