Graduation mingle at Stockholm Business School

On Friday, June 3, Stockholm Business School celebrated the students who finish their studies. After the pandemic, it was the first time in two years that Stockholm Business School was able to invite all students to a graduation mingling at Restaurant Proviant on Campus Albano.

Head of Department Maria Frostling gives a speech to all students who complete their studies.

Almost 400 bachelor's and master's students gathered in the new premises. Maria Frostling, head of Stockholm Business School, gave a speech to all the students, wished them all good luck in the future and thanked them for their time at the department. In her speech, Maria Frostling mentioned, among other things, that higher education can contribute to providing a set of tools to be able to better reflect, think critically and to solve problems in a structured way. She also raised the concept of "self-compassion", to treat oneself and others with kindness and respect and to be humble in the face of complex situations that may not be solved with academic knowledge.

Simon Shafiee, chairman of the the Business Association, also gave a speech, one of the things he mentioned was that study time is important for forming lifelong friendships.
