Study in the library
The Frescati Library has about 1400 reading places. There is also a printer, wireless network and other services.
Read and download e-books
A large part of the books at Stockholm University Library are e-books. They are available for students and staff at Stockholm University and to visitors on-site.
Order purchases or loans from another library
Students and staff at Stockholm University can order books, articles and other media resources which are not already available in the library.
Open Science
At Stockholm University Library we work actively for an open scientific system, where everyone has free and open access to scholarly texts, research results and research data.
For researchers
As a researcher, you can receive advice and support from the library. Here, we have complied our services.
Special collections
Stockholm University Library has an extensive collection of old and rare prints, manuscripts and maps, as well as digitized collections. We are also an EDC library.
