Increased fee for lost books

From 15 April, it will cost 800 SEK to replace a book that you have lost or that has been damaged during the loan period.

The library has long had the same replacement cost. The library is now raising the fee to better reflect the purchase cost of a new copy.

As before, you can buy a replacement copy yourself. You can return the same or a more recent edition of the title to the library.

If a book is more than 30 days late, a replacement fee is also charged.
