You must confirm your group room booking

You must confirm your group room booking no earlier than 15 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes after the booking.

With our new booking system you must confirm your group room booking no earlier than 15 minutes before the session starts, and no later than 15 minutes after it has started; otherwise, you may lose your booking.

If you do not confirm your booking, it will be canceled, and the room will become available for others to book.

To confirm your booking, scan the QR code located outside the room. If you prefer to confirm via a computer, a link can be found beneath the QR code by each room.

Each session lasts two hours, starting on the hour every other hour, for example, 10:00–12:00. A booking is automatically confirmed if you reserve an ongoing available session or one that starts within 15 minutes.
