Labour Market Studies gives you a better understanding of the relationship between employer and employee as you get a broad knowledge of employment law that allows you to solve practical labour law problems. From the labour market economy, you get knowledge that is useful in e.g. wage setting, recruitment and labour market policy. You gain knowledge in labour market sociology and organizational theory that is needed to understand what motivates and attracts staff, but also enables an organization to retain its staff in the longer term. You will also gain knowledge about issues such as work group / team, work environment, leadership and organizational structure.

We offer courses at the undergraduate level. All of our courses are:

Commissioned education
