Lisa Gustavsson accepted as docent in linguistics
The Department of Linguistics congratulates Lisa Gustavsson on being appointed as docent in linguistics. Lisa is a researcher within the field of child language development.
Lisa Gustavsson studied computational linguistics and phonetics at the Department of Linguistics and obtained her doctoral degree in 2009. As a researcher, she has been involved in several projects on children’s early language development. She has also actively participated in issues related to forensic phonetics, which involves the analysis of speech and voice for legal purposes.
Lisa Gustavsson has been teaching linguistics since 2004. Among other things, she has been responsible for the linguistics courses within the Speech and Language Pathology Programme offered by Karolinska Institutet.
The decision to appoint Lisa Gustavsson as docent was made by the Board of the Faculty of Humanities on 14 June 2023.
