Department history
The origin of the Department of Psychology is to be found in the inauguration of the Olof Eneroth professorship at Stockholm University Collage in 1937.
Are you curious about sex and gender? What's the hype? What's the science behind it? We are offering a 7.5 credits course in Gender Psychology for next spring. It is taught as a remote course in English, full-time studies. It is open for applications until 15 October.
In his doctoral thesis, Yannick Klein has investigated the relationship between nature exposure and mental health in adults in Sweden, both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. His studies shows that both active and passive exposure to nature have positive effects on mental health.
