Research subjects

At the Department of Slavic and Baltic Studies, Finnish, Dutch and German, research is conducted in a dynamic and interdisciplinary research environment in a variety of languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Dutch and German. Among the research subjects covered are Linguistics, Literature, Sociolinguistics, Language History, Minority Language Research, Cultural Heritage Studies, Multilingualism, Languages Education, Second and Third Language Acquisition.
