Bachelor's Programme in Language and Translation Studies, 180 credits
This programme is a collaboration between the Department of English and the Institute for Interpretation and Translation Studies. Education plan for programme (in Swedish). More information about the programme is also available on the Institute for Interpretation and Translation Studies website. The program usually has an intake in the autumn terms.
It includes the following courses in English:
Bachelor's course in linguistics or in literature (for a major in English)
If there is an interest in more studies in English after English 2, there are also English 3 in linguistics or in literature. Note that these courses don't include a degree project for a major in English.
Other programmes
Previous language programs (Modern Languages or Language Studies). The programs comprised the same courses in English as within the Bachelor's programme in Language and Translation (see above links). For advise on studies in English, please contact our study counsellor.
Students who started other Bachelor's programmes but did not complete their studies in English within courses that are no longer given should contact our study counsellor for questions on completing their studies. This includes courses with the:
