If you have problems with your university account or problems accessing any of the University web portals, you should contact the IT Helpdesk. In the self service portal ("Serviceportalen") you can find FAQ’s, guides and instructional videos for various IT systems and software, and through the portal you can also contact the IT Helpdesk.
