Parallel twin screw extruder for polymers, with gravimetric pellet feeder, melt pump, 3D filament spooler. 8 heating zones up to 350 °C. Possibility to connect simultaneous FT-NIR measurement at the die.

  • Max cylinder temperarue 400 °C, Max mold temperature 250 °C,Max 1100 bar.
  • Molds for dog bone shape (ASTM D638 type V), DMA bar (60x10x1) and disc (d25/h1.5 mm).

Different heating and pressure profiles up to 300 °C and 500 kN pressure, plate size 250 x 250 mm.

Lynxter S600D Universal 3D
  • With S600D it is possible to print: filaments (thermoplastics), liquids (silicones), pastes (ceramics) in high quality.
  • Layer height: 50 μm to >1 mm, Heated build plate: 20 °C to180 °C; Heated chamber: 20 °C to 80 °C; Water-cooled toolhead; XYZ resolution: 12.5 μm, 12.5 μm, 12.5 μm, build volume: Ø390 mm x 600 mm.

Ultimaker S5 3D printer
  • Composite ready dual extrusion, 230 x 190 x 200 mm building volume, filament diameter 2.85 mm, nozzle temperature 180-280 C, heated build plate up to 140 C.
  • Layer resolution: 0.25 mm nozzle: 150 - 60 micron 0.4 mm nozzle: 200 - 20 micron 0.6 mm nozzle: 300 - 20 micron 0.8 mm nozzle: 600 - 20 micron, XYZ resolution: 6.9, 6.9, 2.5 micron.
