The rule of law, justice and accountability in times of war – lessons from Ukraine

  Vice Dean, professor and head of public international law at Stockholm University, Faculty of Law
• Theresia Kirkemann Boesen
  Director of the Ukraine Office at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law

The event will be chaired and moderated by Claes Granmar, associate professor in European law at Stockholm University, Faculty of Law, and director of the Nordic forum for ECHR studies.
