Manual for video consultation

1. Staff will provide you with a link to the video meeting. You can use a computer, phone or iPad for the video call.
2. Sign in to the video call a few minutes in advance so you have time to test your internet speed, audio, and video. You will then be taken to the waiting room for a call.
3. Remember to sit in an environment where you can talk undisturbed.
4. You can choose your language (Swedish or English) in the top right corner of the same page where you log in.

If you don't have BankID

Inform the staff you are going to meet. You will then get an access code you can use to log in + your first and last name.

Problem with the link

If the link does not work, or if you have not received a link, email the staff you are going to talk to well in advance. You will then receive new login details.

• If you have BankID you will get a new link where you log in with an access code + social security number + BankID.
• If you don´t have BankID you will get a new access code + your first and last name, that you can use logging in at the link:
