About me
Analytical analysis
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of ions in environmental samples using ion chromatography.
- Measuring soot concentration deposited from the air on the filters (collected in various localizations) using a photometer.
- Analysis of the genetic profile of microbes present in samples collected in the high Arctic (DNA extraction, next-generation sequencing, metaproteomics).
- Development and validation of analytical methodologies for detection and quantification of organic matter (polysaccharides, proteins, amino acids and fatty acids) in complex environmental samples using various ambient ionization mass spectrometry techniques.
Formal responsibilities
Research engineer at MISU’s atmospheric chemistry lab, supervising students, guest researchers and new PhD students how to use laboratory facilities.
