I do research on the quantity and quality of water resources in different parts of the world. My work mainly focuses on groundwater modelling, especially the quantification and study of freshwater-seawater interactions in coastal aquifers, the analysis of hydroclimatic changes both historical and projected into the future according to the results of global or regional climate models and the investigation of the amount, spreading and fate of pollutants in the environment.
