About me
Nicholas Olczak is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Economic History and International Relations at Stockholm University and an Associate Fellow of the Swedish Institute of International Affairs' Asia programme.
Nicholas Olczak is currently part of a MISTRA Geopolitics project examining state and stakeholder views on Arctic Governance (more information available here). His research interests include East Asian international relations, global governance/international cooperation on climate change, and constructivist theory. He holds a PhD in International Relations from Stockholm University. For his doctoral thesis, he researched the connections between online identity discourses and China's changing foreign policy.
I have previously taught on the following courses in the Department of Economic History and International Relations.
Undergaduate level:

Master's Level:
International Relations of East Asia.
