Research subject Natural resources and sustainability
Several of our researchers and projects focus on how people utilise different environments and natural resources, and how this in turn affects the surrounding landscape and ecosystems.
To be able to contribute to the global environmental goals and a sustainable society it is important to understand which conflicts exist around different types of resources, for example water, and how it might be manifested in the future. We study many different types of natural and manmade environments, both locally, regionally and globally.
