By car
Coming from the south: Follow E20 through the city. In the Roslagstull roundabout, take to the right into Valhallavägen, road 277, and then after some 100 meters to the right into Birger Jarlsgatan. Turn to the left at the first crossing after another 100 meters. Then turn to the left again, coming back into Valhallavägen in the opposite direction. After some 50 meters, directly after the fast food restaurant, turn to the right into Roslagstullsbacken. Then follow the "local directions" below.
Coming from the north on E20/Hannes Alfvéns Väg: At Stocksundstorp, north of Stockholm, E20 takes to the right, towards Enköping. Don't follow that direction, but stay on Hannes Alfvéns Väg and continue straight towards Stockholm. At Frescati, use one of the two right lanes and stay on Hannes Alfvéns Väg, turn slightly to the right and follow road signs towards "Stockholm C" and "Universitetet". Avoid driving down into the Norra Länken road tunnel! In the Roslagstull roundabout, take the second exit into Valhallavägen, road 277, and then after some 100 meters to the right into Birger Jarlsgatan. Turn to the left at the first crossing after another 100 meters. Then turn to the left again, coming back into Valhallavägen in the opposite direction. Coming from the north, on E4: Continue on E4, aiming for Vasastan, Stockholm. Take the exit 164-165 from E4, then follow Sveavägen and Cederdalsgatan towards Roslagstull. In the Roslagstull roundabout, take to the right into Valhallavägen, road 277, and then after some 100 meters to the right into Birger Jarlsgatan. Turn to the left at the first crossing after another 100 meters. Then turn to the left again, coming back into Valhallavägen in the opposite direction. Local directions: (See map below.) Drive up Roslagstullsbacken to the little roundabout on the top, then follow Roslagstullsbacken to the right. At the T-junction, turn left into Ruddammsvägen and follow that road down the hill to the backside of the AlbaNova building. There is a limited number of parking lots (subject to a charge) in the immediate vicinity of the house. You might find that all the entrances on the backside of the building are locked. Considering the present construction works, the easisest way around the building to the main entrance where there is a staffed reception is around the left corner, when facing the backside of the building.
