Fysikum's administrative division is a local business support function for employees and students of the department. The responsibilities include financial and personnel administration, student administration and study guidance, registrar and archiving, department secretariat and certain tasks within IT, web and telephony. The department consists of 17 people with different areas of expertise.

Our division’s goal is to be a professional and sustainable organization, which efficiently provides and develops high quality support and service. Our division contributes to conduct Fysikum’s research and educational activities by being a partner facilitating the administrative work.
