About the event

At Språkstudion's VR Fridays, you will be immersed in 3D virtual environments designed for language practice. Equipped with a pair of VR headsets (which we will lend you), you will get the opportunity to try out various language learning apps. A member of staff from Språkstudion will be available for technical support.

 

Who can participate?

All students and staff from the Faculty of Humanities at Stockholm University are welcome to participate. All language levels are welcome, although the apps are especially well-suited for beginner to intermediate level learners.

 

When?

Every Friday at 12-12.50 p.m.

 

Would you like to join?

To attend the VR Fridays, you need to be registered as a Språkstudion user. Please register through this link. A few minutes before the activity starts, you need to check in at Språkstudion’s front desk. The first time you borrow a headset, we will also ask you to read and sign our user conditions.

The VR Fridays is a drop-in activity, but with a limited number of places, distributed on a first come, first served basis.
