The pilot project will last for 1.5 years and it has three overarching objectives:

  • More PhD students are finishing, and finishing on time
  • Stress and leave of absence due to sickness decrease among the PhD students
  • Further strengthening Stockholm University’s competitiveness

The project is divided into three different parts and consists of a mentoring program, social activities and writing labs. During the entire project, information about the doctoral students' needs will be collected and analyzed, resulting in a report which also investigates the conditions for a continuation of the project.
