If you have an ongoing trip or a trip booked with Egencia later on, you can no longer access the booking via Egencia's webpage or SSO. For questions regarding your trip or possible cancellation or rebooking, please contact Egencia via personal service. However, should additions to the trip need to be made, e.g. booking a hotel, you have to book via our new travel agency Amex GBT.
