How do I proceed as a corresponding author?

When submitting a manuscript to an Elsevier journal, make sure that:

  • You are corresponding author.
  • You state your Stockholm University affiliation.
  • You use your SU email address.

Upon acceptance of an article, the corresponding author receives an email with a link to complete Elsevier’s publishing forms. By entering your affiliation with Stockholm University, the publisher will identify you as an author qualified to publish open access within the agreement.

The library will then approve to fund the APC and the article will be published open access.

Please see instructions on the publishers webpage.
