Which journals are included?
The agreement includes unlimited open access publishing in most of RS journals with some exceptions.
How do I proceed as a corresponding author?
When submitting a manuscript to an RS journal, make sure that:
- You are corresponding author.
- You state your Stockholm University affiliation.
- You use your SU email address
When you as the corresponding author is submitting your article you will be able to choose the alternative that state ”The corresponding author is part of a Read & Publish deal”.
This way RS will identify you as an author qualified to publish open access, free of charge.
The article will be immediately open access when published.

What's included?
Articles will be published with a CC-BY. More information on CC BY licenses.
The agreement covers all article types.
What's not included?
Additional charges associated with the printed journal, such as colour figures and offprints.
