Mailing tool
The mailing tool (E-postverktyg) is used to create internal and external mailings, e.g. newsletters. You can also generate and administer email lists and see statistics. You need to take a short introduction course to get access to the tool.
Event tool
With the event tool (Evenemangsverktyg), you can create a mini-website for your event which allows you to manage invites, sign ups, mailing of participants and evaluations. You need to take a short introduction course to get access to the tool.
Media bank
The Media Bank contains images, templates, presentation material, logos and other materials for download. Everything is gathered in folder structures, and is searchable and downloadable.
Production tool
The production tool (Produktionsverktyg) is a quick and easy way to produce simpler graphic material in line with SU’s visual identity. It is web-based and requires no introduction to access.
Polopoly—web publishing CMS
The University-wide web publishing tool, Polopoly, is a powerful Content Management System (CMS). You need to take the web editors’ course to access the system.
• The central, outward-facing webpages were upgraded to “Webb2021” with a new look and new functions on 2 October 2020.
• The central, internal webpages will be updated to a newly acquired web-publishing system during 2022-2023
• The upgrading of departmental pages to Webb2021 is planned for completion in Q1 2022.
