About the centre
SUBIC - Stockholm University Brain Imaging Centre is a multidisciplinary infrastructure dedicated to research on brain structure and function, as well as other fields benefiting from imaging micro structures.
Stockholm University Brain Imaging Centre (SUBIC) is a strategic initiative of the University of Stockholm. SUBIC is managed by the Department of Linguistics and has opened for users in 2019.
SUBIC infrastructure supports Swedish research with state of the art imaging technologies, including MRI, EEG, TMS and X-ray micro-tomography. SUBIC's equipment is valuable for fundamental and applied academic research within the humanities, social sciences, law and natural sciences.

If you come here by car, you will find SUBIC on your right hand side of Roslagsvägen, north of Roslagstull, northbound, at Svante Arrhenius väg 16 A. Please see the google map above! You will find parking lots at Frescatihallen.
How to walk to SUBIC from the metro or bus stop
Once you exit the subway system or bus, walk straight ahead on Arrheniusgången until reaching the Arrhenius' laboratory. Walk down along the left (western) side of the building "Arrheniuslaboratorierna" and at the end, turn right and walk 10 meters. Enter the main entrance at Svante Arrhenius väg 16A, turn left, and enter SUBIC.
How to walk to SUBIC from the parking lot
Walk straight ahead on Svante Arrhenius väg, until you reach and enter the main entrance at Svante Arrhenius väg 16A. Turn left, and enter SUBIC.
