Welcome to a workshop on teaching and learning with Centre for the Advancement of University Teaching (CeUL).

Useful for: Course directors, directors of study, teachers who want to develop their course

Many teachers may be hesitant to implement IT in their course as they don’t know how to do this based on pedagogical principles. In this workshop you will be presented with  research on how IT can be used to support the quality of teaching. You will learn how to make use of this from models of teaching with support of IT and the introduction of peer interaction. You will engage in discussion on how IT can play a role in acknowledging diversity as a resource in learning. 

After taking part in this interactive workshop you will have constructed ideas of how to improve a course or course module with the support of IT.
